Themed workshops at GamiFIN 2026

At GamiFIN 2026, we are delighted to host a series of themed workshops on 25 March 2026. Each workshop will be led by topic experts and will feature lively discussions, interactive formats, and hands-on activities.

These workshops offer an excellent opportunity to gain new perspectives on your ongoing research, engage in focused discussions with peers, or explore topics you may not have previously encountered. Participants are encouraged to actively contribute by submitting short notes to the workshops. In addition, authors whose work has been accepted in other entries are invited to submit and discuss their work in a relevant themed workshop, based on the alignment between their submission and the workshop topic.

Each workshop is organized as a half-day session. Participants may attend up to two workshops, provided there are no scheduling conflicts; however, a separate submission note is required for each workshop.

Submission Guidelines

• Submit a 1-page, low-threshold extended abstract or position paper
• Submissions should be made via EasyChair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=gamifin2026)
• Submission deadline: 0̶9̶ ̶M̶a̶r̶c̶h̶ ̶2̶0̶2̶6̶ ̶(̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶s̶a̶m̶e̶ ̶a̶s̶ ̶c̶o̶n̶f̶e̶r̶e̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶r̶e̶g̶i̶s̶t̶r̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶d̶e̶a̶d̶l̶i̶n̶e̶)̶ extended to 20 March 2026
• Acceptance notifications: Sent on a rolling basis, with decisions communicated every Monday. To ensure you receive a decision in time for funding and travel arrangements, we strongly encourage an early submission.
